ORDERING

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
We don’t process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
If there are delays due to high order volume, we’ll notify you by email.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — but only if it hasn’t been packed or shipped yet.
Please email us as soon as possible at sevenseedssales@gmail.com.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folders.
If you still can’t find it, please email us and we’ll resend it.


SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs (but sometimes can take as long as 30 days).
These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

How much does shipping cost?

Seven Seeds offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries around the world at no extra charge.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Customs policies vary by country.
Any applicable duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.


TRACKING & DELIVERY

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your parcel using the link provided or through our Track Your Order page.

My tracking number isn’t updating. Is this normal?

Yes. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear.
If it still hasn’t updated after 7 days, contact us and we’ll investigate.

My package says “delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please:

  1. Check with neighbors, building security, or household members.

  2. Confirm the shipping address used at checkout.

If you still can’t locate your order, email us for assistance.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

Email us at sevenseedssales@gmail.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and full instructions.
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label at no cost.

What items cannot be returned?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable items (food, plants, flowers)

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest method is to return your item. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the product you want.

EU Customers – What is the 14-day cooling-off period?

If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.
The item must still be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
If 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, please contact us.

Are your products in stock?

Yes — all items shown on our website are in stock unless marked otherwise.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal and secure Shopify payment options. 
Payment availability may vary by region.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify’s secure, encrypted platform.
We never store or access your payment details.

We are an online global brand with fulfillment partners located in various regions to support efficient worldwide shipping.

Do you have a customer support phone line?
